Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
- Hands on experience in Databricks, PySpark, and vendor-based products like Axiom/OFSAA
- Hands on experience in technology leadership roles, focusing on application, data, and infrastructure architecture.
- Experience in implementing and integrating vendor software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Experience leading multiple feature teams of 7-8 software engineers.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
- Exposure to cloud technologies.
- AWS, Google, or Azure certification preferred.
