The Role & Responsibilities:
As the salesforce tech lead will join an existing team and be responsible for their own amazing career progression in a financial technology company. You will contribute and mentor the salesforce team by example with strong hands-on experience across a complex systems architecture. this is a senior role in which the successful candidate will drive some of our most complex projects in addition to providing and managing the strategic direction. As a salesforce lead, you will be working in a fast-paced start-up environment, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Work with product managers to understand and analyze business needs
- Mentor junior salesforce developers and guide corresponding tech leads
- Architect / design solutions on salesforce lightning platform
- Help us maintain the in-house loans and savings platform
- Perform code reviews and design architecture reviews
- Support in implementing financial services cloud over and above existing salesforce implementation
- Integrate third-party components into the solution
- Help optimizing and re-factoring existing code
- Make the system more test-driven development and behavior driven development
Requirements
Must have skills:
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience on salesforce lightning platform, service cloud and omni channel
- Experience in building reusable lightning web and aura components
- Platform Developer 1, Admin and Designer architect certificate
- Extensive experience in writing high-quality apex code following object-oriented programming paradigm
- Experience in making event-driven architecture using CDC, platform events, KAFKA , SQS/SNS , Eventbrige
- Experience with SFDX and 2nd generation unlocked packages
- Expertise with GIT
- Working knowledge of agile, scrum and kanban
Desirable skills and experience:
- Platform Developer 2, Javascript Developer 1 Certification, Service cloud certification, Community Cloud (Experience) Certification
- Experience of working/implementation/migration on Financial Services cloud
- Experience of working with apex enterprise pattern
- Fintech experience in Lending
- Good understanding/experience of the UK market
- Marketing cloud knowledge and experience
- Experience in writing jest test for LWC
