Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and components in alignment with product requirements and engineering standards
- Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions. Implement high quality, secure, and scalable code following established design, coding, and testing practices
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Product, QA, and Operations to deliver committed work items. Support build, deployment, monitoring, and production support activities while adhering to Agile delivery practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of hands on software development experience with proficiency in Java and enterprise application development
- Experience working in Agile teams and delivering software using CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools
- Solid understanding of object oriented design, coding standards, and testing practices
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and contribute to high quality, scalable solutions
