We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Solution Architect – Data, AI & Analytics to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data, AI, and Analytics solutions across the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) Center of Excellence.
This role is responsible for architecting, demonstrating, and validating Data, AI, and Analytics solutions, working closely with internal sales, presales, partners, ISVs, and technology vendors. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, owning solution design discussions, delivering impactful demos and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), enabling sales teams, and accelerating customer buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Pre‑Sales Support
- Define technical win strategies with sales and account teams aligned to partner business needs
- Lead partner discovery sessions, solution workshops, presentations, and technical briefings
- Provide solution proposals and presales technical support by identifying requirements and designing Data, AI, and Analytics solutions
- Support technical closure in collaboration with sales leadership
COE Solution Development & SME Ownership
- SME for Data, AI & Analytics solutions
- Develop, manage, and continuously enhance Data, AI, and Analytics solution architectures and offerings
- Collaborate with business leads to understand growth initiatives and map them to scalable solution use cases
Partner & ISV Collaboration
- Collaborate with technology vendors, ISVs, and system integrators to build solution use cases in the COE
- Design multi‑vendor, scalable architectures based on sales demand and emerging trends
- Provide guidance on integrations across platforms, data stacks, and AI ecosystems
APJ COE Environment & Demo Ownership
- Oversee the Asia Pacific & Japan COE environment, including demo and lab solutions
- Ensure demo assets are sales‑ready, repeatable, and aligned to priority use cases
- Lead and conduct solution demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for customers, partners, and internal teams
Training, Workshops & Evangelism
- Deliver technical and sales training to sales, presales, and partner communities
- Create solution playbooks, blueprints, and reference architectures to clearly articulate use cases and value
- Conduct end-customer workshops together with partners to accelerate opportunities and AI adoption
Regional Presales Support
- Assist in‑country presales teams across APJ with technical inquiries and solution positioning
- Support product and channel sales teams in prospecting and developing new Data, AI & Analytics opportunities
Capability Development
- Achieve and maintain relevant product and platform certifications
- Stay current with emerging AI, data, and analytics technologies and trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in presales, solution architecture, COE, or technical consulting roles
- Strong hands‑on experience in either one of the following (Data platforms & architectures, AI / ML solutions and Analytics & automation technologies (IBM, H20.ai, Cloudera, SAS, Microsoft Fabric)
- Proven experience delivering demos, workshops, and POCs
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant vendor AI certifications
