The Lead Support Analyst is responsible for providing functional support on Calypso and other systems, managing incident escalations, configuring monitoring rules, and leading deployment projects. The role requires maintaining documentation and managing change requests while upholding IT security standards and conducting BCP drills.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide functional support on Calypso and other in-house systems to user
- Maintain documentation on operational procedures and technical environment configuration
- Manage change requests from development and infrastructure teams and other configuration changes
- Incident escalation and management
- Configure system monitoring rules and respond to monitoring alerts
- Perform BCP drills and help with IT security and audit review
- Leads projects related to new system and server deployment
- Other tasks as directed by the manager
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in system support of Calypso or similar systems for Equity Derivatives or FICC products in a Front or Middle Office environment
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux server commands and shell scripts
- Good understanding of server and network infrastructure
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Very strong attention to details
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work on shifts and take turns to work on weekend
