Job Description
As a Lead Technical QA you will be responsible for managing and mentoring QA team and be a key player on creating high-quality believable Sci-Fi world.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to understand game requirements.
- Design and execute manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
- Hire, mentor, and motivate a team of world-class QA professionals
- Participate in all aspects of the project life-cycle, from idealization to specification to release to live support
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues found during testing.
- Improve department and team processes by working with other disciplines, including Product, Engineering, Art, Design, etc
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical QA
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Solid Unreal Engine knowledge
- Deep-level knowledge of the SDLC
- Basic understanding of technologies such as Teamcity, Docker
- Experience managing multiple Testing leads and their teams
- Strong team-building and empowerment skills
- Ability to clearly and articulately communicate across functions, disciplines, and audiences
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
- AA+ game experience
- Great communication and leadership skills and also being a team player
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written
