Job Title: Lead Workday Integration Consultant

Location: Remote (India)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Workday Integration Consultant with a strong background in ERP systems and Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and leading Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, CCB, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Workday integrations.
Work with business and technical teams to define integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, CCB, CCW, PECI, and XSLT.
Build integrations from scratch, ensuring adherence to best practices and data security standards.
Utilize Orchestration for Integration for workflow and data flow automation (preferred).
Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
Troubleshoot, test, and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of ERP / Workday HCM and Integration experience.
Proven experience leading Workday Integration implementations (lead experience preferred).
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and CCB integration development from scratch.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, architecture, and module functionality.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Workday Integration Certification preferred but not mandatory.
