24 Months Commitment

Key Responsibilities
1.Identify the entire training needs for all the 3 group in TMI
2. Prepare and publish a Training Calendar quarter wise driving the importance of the training for all the verticals in TMI group
3. Needs to Train employees -skills required on multiple projects to improve the quality of service and productivity with business
4 To ensure that Training programmes are conducted as per the calendar and ensure that effectiveness of Training programmes is above 4 on a scale of 5.
5. Interact and Plan workshops on various behavioral modules as requested by Business unit Heads
6. Coordinate with content team to design Training Material and Module
