Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Learning and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and delivery of training programs that elevate skills and performance across the organization. You will manage the full lifecycle of training projects, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure our teams have the skills needed to succeed.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:
  • Design and manage the full lifecycle of learning projects, from initial concept to delivery, ensuring programs align with business goals and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate dynamic and engaging training sessions for diverse, global audiences, and measure program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with strategic organizational objectives.
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Significant experience in the Learning and Development field, including program design, facilitation, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of training design principles for diverse audiences and effective project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
