B2B leads, and manage our end-to-end marketing footprint on LinkedIn. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of both organic
content positioning and paid LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive measurable growth.

Core Responsibilities
? Paid Campaign Management
- Design, deploy, and optimize highly targeted LinkedIn Paid Ad campaigns.
- Allocate and manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct strict A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Build advanced target segments using LinkedIn Insight Tag website demographics, account-based marketing (ABM) lists, and lookalikes.
✍️ Organic Strategy & Content Creation
- Own the content calendar for our LinkedIn Company Page.
- Write compelling B2B copy, text posts, image carousels, and video outlines.
- Ghostwrite thought-leadership content for executive team profiles to expand organic reach.
- Foster community engagement by actively monitoring and replying to comments and direct messages.
? Analytics & Reporting
- Track critical performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Translate raw LinkedIn Campaign Manager metrics into actionable business growth insights.
- Build comprehensive monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience running B2B LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Lead Generation: Proven track record of leveraging LinkedIn for pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with web tracking tools like Google Analytics to measure downstream conversion funnels.
- Communication: Exceptional English copywriting and verbal presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent hands-on portfolio experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Official LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider or LinkedIn Marketing Strategy credentials.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
