About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Manager to join our global logistics team of 14 members from diverse backgrounds, all committed to enabling a seamless, efficient, and responsive supply chain. This role supports reverse logistics operations and the delivery of spare parts to our customers.
In this role, you will help coordinate and improve day-to-day logistics operations for the assigned region, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance with agreed processes. You will support third-party Logistics Service Provider (LSP) management by monitoring performance, following up on issues, and contributing to continuous improvement actions. A strong focus will be placed on operational execution, cost awareness, and using data to support decisions. You will also contribute to logistics improvement initiatives-including system enhancements, sustainability actions, and process standardization-to strengthen service responsiveness.
What you'll do
• Support warehousing and international freight operations and performance for the assigned satellite hub. Coordinate reverse logistics and spare parts delivery activities, helping to meet business SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Support resolution of operational issues and disruptions related to trade compliance, demand changes, LSP performance, stakeholder expectations, or supply chain constraints. Take a hands-on approach to investigation and follow-up, and escalate risks and blockers when needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers (global teams, logistics service providers, and Sourcing) at operational and tactical levels to support smooth execution, issue resolution, and regular performance follow-ups.
• Ensure logistics operations follow agreed processes and quality standards, including data quality, ISO processes, quality control, compliance requirements, and KPI/SLA tracking. Support cost-efficient execution, service quality, and customer satisfaction through structured follow-up and continuous improvement actions.
Support financial follow-up for your area of responsibility. Prepare monthly accrual inputs, validate LSP invoices, help analyze variances versus budget, and maintain visibility of spending. Support timely and accurate billing processes for the assigned satellite hub.
• Manage day-to-day LSP performance for the assigned scope, supporting contract execution and service follow-up. Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities and share recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to digitalization and process improvements in logistics operations. Support system updates, reporting improvements, and standardization efforts to strengthen operational efficiency and visibility.

Education & Experience:
- BTech /BE /Master's Degree in any industry (supply chain management, Logistics, Operation mgmt,, industrial engineering)
- Having CSCP/ CLTD would be an added advantage.
- 10+ years of total experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations. 3+ years in managerial or leadership roles will be plus
- Preferably having experience in managing cross-border or international logistics for multinational business.
- Good understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts and their application in supply chain (e.g. forecasting, network optimization, risk sensing)
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases (e.g. demand volatility, capacity constraints, lane optimization), and drive data-informed decisions by interpreting and acting on AI model outputs.
