These principles guide every decision and interaction: putting the company first, obsessing over growth, remembering that business is personal, and ensuring strategy turns into execution. We succeed by being one team, striving for greatness, speaking the truth, and holding ourselves accountable. We lighten up with humor, stay patient and disciplined, run towards problems, celebrate results, and never accept confusion as an option. What you will do
The Marketing Operations Manager is accountable for owning and optimizing the technical foundation client engagements. This role exists to ensure that HubSpot is configured correctly, data flows cleanly, leads move predictably, and reporting can be trusted. As the system-level operator, this role supports every go-to-market motion—connecting campaigns to CRM, enforcing process discipline, and enabling accurate performance measurement. Success in this role means fewer manual workarounds, clearer visibility, and a scalable marketing operations engine that supports growth across channels and teams.
Which means that on a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Own HubSpot/Salesforce MAP architecture and administration across client engagements
- Ensure lead flows, lifecycle stages, and routing operate cleanly and consistently
- Build and maintain reliable reporting that supports decision-making
- Support technical needs across marketing, sales, and analytics workflows
- Bring structure, rigor, and scalability to marketing operations
- Design and maintain lead flows from first touch through MQL, SQL, and beyond
- Ensure accurate syncing and data hygiene between CRM and connected platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking, attribution, automation, and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that reflect real performance—not vanity metrics
- Partner with paid media, ABM, content, analytics, and sales-aligned teams to support campaign execution
- Document processes and enforce operational best practices to reduce confusion and rework
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in the marketing operations setup and drive resolution
How you’ll do it
Because how we do things matters just as much as what we do at Trilliad, our Leadership Principles should act as a compass directing the everyday behavior of every teammate across the organization:
- Growth Obsessed. For our business, our clients, and our Selves.
- Business is Personal.Cultivate relationships. Make space for connection. Care about each other.
- Strategy Without Execution Is Just Dreaming.Hope is not a strategy. Vision matters—so does execution.
- Be One Team.No lone wolves. Have each other’s back and help each other out.
- Raise The Bar.Good is the enemy of great. Better never stops. Be a Difference-Maker.
- Confusion Is a Choice.Stay curious—Seek to understand. Share context—seek to be understood.
- The Journey Matters.Meaningful work takes time. Be patient. Think: the next 90 days and the next 10 years.
- Create Client Value. Become irreplaceable.
- Lighten-Up.Humor and laughter deepen bonds.
- Tighten-Up.Focus, discipline, and rigor count.
- You Have the Ball.Be accountable. Take action. Go the distance.
- Run Towards Problems. We don’t sweep things under the rug. Symptoms signal deeper causes. Find the root.
- Have the Hard Conversation.Be direct and empathetic. Speak the truth, kindly. Feedback is a gift.
- Celebrate Results.Make recognizing greatness a habit.
- Think “We” Not “Me.”Prioritize what’s best for the business, the team, and the journey.
