What you are accountable for:
The Manager, Ad Operations is accountable for the preparation, implementation, and management of programmatic and direct-buy campaigns across a team, including project timelines, asset intake quality, trafficking instructions, and ad serving tag creation in CM360. This role leads throughput, quality, and continuous improvement for a pod or region. It requires a team-first, fast-paced, detail-oriented approach with clear ownership of standards, coaching, and escalations.
What you are responsible for:
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables across internal and external teams
- Implement, QA, and troubleshoot ad campaigns
- Document best practices and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes
- Serve as the technical authority for all technical issues involved in running online ad campaigns (including trafficking of remarketing capabilities, VAST/In-Stream Video, Rich Media and Audio)
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly
- Work closely with media vendors and media teams to resolve reporting and/or billing discrepancies
- Lead capacity and queue management for Executives; provide coaching and feedback
- Maintain SOPs and approve QA sign-off for complex or high-risk launches
- Enforce intake quality, naming/UTM standards, and change control across the team
- Maintain GTM containers for assigned accounts; enforce naming, versioning, and publish controls

- 2+ years experience of leading GTM QA across campaigns with client teams
