- Lead cross functional client facing teams, develop and execute project plans to support analytics-based consulting projects.
- Lead project planning and execution to produce high impact deliverables that establish and enhance long term client relationships
- Contribute to BD and selling activities through identifying and pursuing BD opportunities, contributing to proposal development and RFP responses
- Guide team members on their individual professional development and provide suitable opportunities as required
- Support establishment of Blue Matter as an Analytics leader externally
- Lead development & dissemination of training content to continuously improve technical skills / practice area understanding of the team
- Identify and lead firm initiatives independently to contribute to firm building activities
- At least 7 years of work experience in Analytics or as a Consultant/ Sr. Consultant in analytics
- Experience with leading and managing a team
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/SQL/Alteryx/R/Python
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and visualization tools like Power BI & Tableau to represent insights
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work across global cross-office teams.
