Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Lead to spearhead our branding efforts and elevate Lyric’s visual identity. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, storytelling, and exploring new creative mediums. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving branding initiatives for enterprise platforms and experience in creating impactful video content and experimenting with diverse content formats.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a cohesive creative vision for Lyric’s brand across multiple channels.

Lead the creation of visually engaging and emotionally resonant content, including video, digital assets, and campaign materials.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.

Manage a team of designers and creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Experiment with new content formats, storytelling techniques, and design trends to push creative boundaries.

Oversee the development of marketing collateral, website visuals, social media assets, and video content that enhances Lyric's brand identity.

Ensure consistent brand positioning and visual storytelling across all touch points.
Qualifications:

7-12 years of experience driving creative direction and branding for enterprise platforms or B2B technology products.

Strong background in video content creation with a deep understanding of storytelling, scripting, and editing.

Experience experimenting with new content mediums, design techniques, and emerging marketing trends.

Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).

Proven experience leading design teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong portfolio showcasing impactful creative work across various mediums.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Preferred Skills:

Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or technology product branding is a plus.
