The Manager of ERP Security Services is responsible for SAP Security Architecture, user access, and controls. They will conduct security assessments, address vulnerabilities, continuously monitor security events, and develop security policies for SAP systems, while overseeing contractors and collaborating with teams to enhance security measures.

ROLE SUMMARY
This position is responsible for SAP Security Architecture and Technical support, which includes a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, SAP user management, position/role management, and various tools for governance, risk, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure the security and integrity of our SAP ecosystems by implementing robust security measures and identifying emerging threats. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and operating user access and controls architecture; managing SAP Access Management, and the SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) suite of applications; overseeing related processes and tools for ABAP, Cloud, and HANA systems; continuously monitoring and enhancing security protocols to protect against cybersecurity threats; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive security strategies are in place. The candidate must be proactive in identifying potential vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring our SAP environments remain secure and compliant with industry standards. This position requires technical skills in security functions and processes and must be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
In addition, the manager will oversee onshore and offshore contractors.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits using the SecurityBridge solution to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze and address security role authorization alerts by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and enhancing security profiles. Utilize SecurityBridge's alerting and reporting capabilities to reduce cybersecurity threats to critical Pfizer SAP solutions.
- Focus on the event monitor modules to continuously monitor security events, analyze potential threats, and provide timely and effective resolutions. Use advanced analytics and threat intelligence to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, participating in continuous learning and professional development to proactively protect SAP environments.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for SAP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls and measures.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on SAP security best practices, including conducting workshops and creating documentation for secure SAP operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/MS in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management.
- 9+ years in SAP Security.
- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, SAP IDM, and SAP GRC Suite.
- Experience with system upgrades, HANA migrations, and cloud integration.
- Experience supporting projects with external vendors and multiple business areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Expertise with the SecurityBridge platform, including setting up user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Proficiency in integrating SIEM data for enhanced monitoring and response.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
- Proven experience in supporting complex implementations of SAP-based infrastructure solutions, with diverse knowledge and expertise in the SAP product family, including S/4 HANA, Embedded FIORI concept, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience with system upgrades, HANA migrations, and cloud integration.
- Proficient in using advanced analytics and threat intelligence tools to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong project management knowledge and skills.
- Ability to function effectively in both a matrix model and team environment.
