Product Designer (Consultant) — 7+ Years
About the Role
As a Product Designer (Consultant), you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and
Business teams to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful experiences for the Circles.X platform.
You will independently own complex product features and journeys across our B2B2X SaaS ecosystem,
taking ideas from discovery through design and delivery. The role requires strong product thinking,
hands-on design expertise, systems thinking, and the ability to leverage AI to accelerate and enhance
the design process.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end design for complex product features and journeys, from problem definition to
delivery.
Translate customer and business problems into simple, intuitive, and scalable UX solutions.
Lead discovery activities such as workshops, journey mapping, problem framing, and experience
definition.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams to shape product direction
and design solutions.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Contribute to the evolution of the design system, scalable interaction patterns, and overall
design quality.
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design intent and quality through
implementation.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate experiences and continuously improve the
product.
Leverage AI/LLM tools extensively across research, ideation, analysis, prototyping, design
exploration, documentation, and workflow automation to improve speed and quality.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI/UX Design, or related roles.
Strong expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
Proven ability to independently own complex product features or journeys from discovery to
delivery.
Experience designing for complex products, platforms, or SaaS environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, problem-solving, scalable UX, and polished UI
execution.
Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Jira, and modern prototyping/design tools.
Strong hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and AI-assisted design workflows, with the
ability to identify opportunities to apply AI across the product design lifecycle.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes within
tight timelines.
