Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers.
Nuclear Pharmacy is responsible for providing radiopharmaceuticals and other drugs to medical care providers under highly regulated State and Federal guidelines; may also consult with or advise physicians and nuclear medicine technologists on the safe and efficacious use of radioactive drugs for diagnosis and therapy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 8-12 years of experience, preferred
- Experience in managing complex logistics and travel itineraries, exception handling (white glove), similar to business or executive Global Distribution System (GDS) projects, required
- Strong Business Acumen specializing in handling a Team overseeing shipment/ logistics for sensitive and critical medical products
- Regardful of timelines involving delivery of medical products and proactive in responding to potential situations that may lead to delays brought about by weather and other factors affecting transit
- Follows, traces and provides updates on shipment progress to ensure premier experience of clients (white glove)
- Familiarity with Airline coordination and other transport medium
- Abreast with top-notch SOPs concerning logistics lifecycle
- Willing to work US hours and in BGC, Taguig when onsite
- Amenable to 5% travel
