Position Overview
Team Management - You will be leading a team of Program Advisors and pushing them to achieve their set targets.
Individual Contributor in a nutshell - you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in CRM.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Closing the sale through effective objection handling & negotiation.
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- You will be required to work in US shift timings.

What would excite us?
- 5+ years of previous experience in an inside sales position.
- BE (Preferably Computer Science) or MCA preferred.
- Alternatively, you should have managed sales for Technology products, not necessarily Edtech.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce is a must
