- A minimum of 5 years of procurement experience across different market
- Procurement packaging experience
- Demonstrating a future-focused mindset, showing curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business strategies
- Strategic sourcing and risk management
- Business and financials and an understanding of how procurement brings financial value to the overall profit and loss
- Organizational agility, influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with senior leaders based on a deep understanding of business priorities

- Demonstrated capability to lead complex negotiations - prepare and deliver value through structured, outcome-driven negotiation strategies
- Familiarity with cost modelling - understanding the value of breaking down the total cost of a material or service in the different cost buckets.
- Experience managing supplier relationships - building and sustaining strategic partnerships that brings competitive pricing, innovation and security of supply.
- Ability to deliver complex project implementations - navigating multi-stakeholder environments (BD, R&D,..) with confidence from strategy to execution.
- Strong analytical skills - the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
