Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of talent associates, providing guidance, support, and development to optimize their performance.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract passive candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other platforms.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify talent gaps.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions, with a focus on high-impact, hard-to-fill roles.
Manage sourcing tools and technologies, ensuring the team is leveraging the most effective resources.
Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, tools, and team performance through data analysis and metrics.
Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and high performance across the sourcing team.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights.

Required Qualifications:
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 18 months of experience leading a sourcing or recruiting team.
Sourcing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on candidate sourcing and talent pipelining.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and best practices, particularly in IT services environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean searches).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data to drive sourcing decisions and improve team performance.
Collaboration: Strong partnership-building skills to work closely with internal team members and hiring managers.
Problem Solving: Creative approach to sourcing and overcoming talent shortages for niche roles.
Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing priorities
