Asst. Manager - RAC - Mechanical Seal business
Position Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Regional Application Engineer to help grow our Mechanical Seal business. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with customer engagement to deliver the right solutions, support sales teams, and ensure seamless service. You’ll be the go‑to person for mechanical seal applications, working closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to achieve business goals.
What You’ll Do
Recommend the right mechanical seals for pumps based on application and operating conditions.
Support sales teams with technical and commercial proposals.
Meet annual sales targets for seals and spare parts.
Develop strategies to expand market share and strengthen customer relationships.
Provide ongoing technical and commercial support to authorized service centres.
Deliver training programs (onsite and online) for customers and service partners.
Coordinate with warehouse, order booking, marketing, and service teams for smooth execution.
Handle quotations, technical order processing, and resolve customer issues.
Prepare daily booking reports and share updates.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including counterparts in Germany.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical seals, pumps, and rotating equipment.
Ability to analyse process industry applications.
Understanding of engineering drawings and basic calculations.
Experience in servicing rotating equipment (preferred).
Comfortable with digital tools like MS Office and CAD software.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage field challenges.
Strong time management skills.
Requirement profile:
Formal education: BE / Diploma Mechanical engineering.
Professional experience: 2 to 5 years- DME (Senior Executive)
Professional experience: 5 to 8 years- BE/DME (AM)
