  • Partner closely with US-based Enterprise Systems, Operations, and Engineering leaders to align execution with global standards and priorities

  • Act as the primary interface between Workplace Applications and IT Operations, Security, HR, Legal, and other internal teams

  • Review incoming requests and ensure solutions are grounded in a clear understanding of the business problem being solved

  • Push back on unclear requirements or over-complex solutions, proposing simpler and more scalable approaches when appropriate

  • Ensure all delivered work includes appropriate documentation, references, and diagrams in Jira and Confluence

  • Help define and evolve frameworks that support long-term platform stability and reduce single-threaded dependencies

  • Support helpdesk workflows related to workplace applications, ensuring clean handoffs and clear ownership boundaries

  • Contribute to improving observability, reliability, and reuse across workplace systems and workflows

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

Required

  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise workplace or internal business applications

  • Hands-on administrative experience with tools such as Okta, Slack, the Atlassian suite, , Google Workspace, and Zoom.

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and application-level access models within SaaS platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing hands-on work with people leadership

  • Strong written communication skills, with experience producing clear documentation and standards

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a shared-ownership model

Preferred

  • Prior experience managing or mentoring technical administrators (first-time managers considered with strong IC background)

  • Experience working in a global or distributed team environment

  • Familiarity with automation or workflow tools (e.g., Okta Workflows, low-code automation platforms)

  • Experience partnering closely with IT Operations and Security teams
