The MarCom & Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for hands‑on creative role supporting global demand generation campaigns through high‑quality digital and visual marketing assets. This position works closely with, demand generation, brand and product marketers to translate campaign strategies into engaging, on‑brand creatives that support awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Marketing Automation and is part of the Central Marketing Organization located in Pune, India and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design and produce digital marketing assets, including brochures, presentations, infographics, banners, and campaign collateral, to support demand generation and go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Use AI‑enabled design and creative tools to speed up concept development, layout exploration, image enhancement, and asset variations while ensuring brand consistency
• Support basic video editing and short‑form visual content for digital campaigns, product highlights, and internal marketing needs.
• Edit, retouch, and optimize images using Adobe Photoshop and AI‑assisted image tools
• Maintain organized creative files, templates, and AI prompts to support repeatable, efficient workflow.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 0–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or marketing communications
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop
• Experience producing digital marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, and campaign visuals

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel <5 % travel, overnight, for team meetings

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience supporting demand generation or integrated marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled creative or content tools used to improve efficiency and scalability
• Experience working within a brand‑driven or regulated environment

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $8,000 - $10,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
