We are hiring immediately for Market Research Analys- a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.
Location: Manila, Philippines or India
Purpose of role : To support our growth ambition for Asia and customer acquisition strategy by providing lead generation support.
Responsibilities:
- Source new customers and opportunities for our key sectors though both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Work in conjunction with the marketing team to understand our customer acquisition strategy and build our customer database.
- Work with the sales team to generate leads and opportunities for the sales team to prospect and close.
- Report on customer growth and lead generation activities.
- Willing to work in a team environment and take part in training and meeting sessions for the benefit of yourself and the team.
- Proficient with Salesforce and utilise CRM system to maintain an accurate and current database of clients, and prospects.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
What we’re looking for (experiences and skillset):
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Positive can do attitude
