Jade Global is looking for a B2B Tech Marketing Content Specialist to join our team in Pune!

 
As a key member of our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the voice and presence of our B2B business across a variety of digital platforms, including social media and our corporate website. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Service Line heads to craft compelling content that engages our audience, amplifies our brand, and drives measurable results.

 What You’ll Do: 
1. Strategic Content Planning
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop forward-thinking content strategies that align with business objectives. Your ideas will shape content that informs, inspires, and drives positive change, while staying true to our brand's mission and values. Specialist in drafting case studies, ebooks, whitepapers, and blogs.

 
2. Repurpose & Innovate
Leverage our existing content library to create fresh and engaging formats. SEO optimize content, use AI tools for repurposing, run competitive research for mirroring content strategy, interview/survey clients to create social media and Medium articles.

 
3. Net-New Content Creation
Bring your creativity to life by producing original thought leadership content—whether capturing it through SME interviews or secondary industry research. You’ll be at the forefront of producing gated and ungated content assets that aligns with Jade Global’s voice, while keeping an eye on market trends and new tools to stay ahead of the curve.

 
4. Marketing Campaigns & Storytelling
Drive SL based marketing campaigns for lead generation and tell the story of Jade Global’s USP and services portfolio. You’ll play a role in producing email campaigns, monthly newsletters, employee advocacy posts, and video scripts.
 
5. Content Execution & Engagement
Manage content schedules across multiple platforms, engaging with audiences in real-time to foster meaningful connections. You’ll ensure content is posted on time and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice.

 
6. Data-Driven Insights
Assist in tracking the performance of content campaigns, gathering insights from multiple marketing systems, and sharing recommendations for optimizing future strategies.

 What We’re Looking For: 
Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in B2B Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5years of experience in B2B Tech/software services content creation and strategy, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
A strong storyteller with excellent writing and creativity.
Proficiency in content creation and SEO tools such as HubSpot, Grammarly, Ahrefs, and Asana.
Deep experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
A data-driven mindset balanced with a creative, innovative approach.
A passion for brand building, and the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
A detail-oriented approach with excellent project management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Flexibility and resilience to work in the fast-paced, always-on world of social media.
