 We’re looking for a Financial and Business Analyst to support a leading game studio’s Business Team—focused on one of the world’s most iconic franchises. In this role, you’ll drive data-backed pricing strategies, analyze revenue performance across regions, and support critical financial decision-making across multiple platforms.

• Build and maintain pricing matrices across Console, Mobile, and PC platforms

• Analyze and report on foreign exchange rate impacts and their influence on revenue streams

• Lead implementation of pricing strategy changes across various monetization SKUs

• Conduct financial modeling and assess impact of price tests, providing actionable insights

• Prepare and present financial performance reports, including ad hoc and monthly updates

• Audit existing pricing structures and recommend improvements to enhance revenue and profitability

• Document and continuously improve business processes for accuracy and efficiency

• Provide ad hoc reporting and insights to support cross-functional business operations

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, pricing, or financial operations

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience building pricing strategies

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based data manipulation

• Familiarity with foreign exchange concepts and global revenue reporting

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to stakeholders

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for gaming is highly preferred

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $26.44/hr. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
