Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading video-sharing platform, and they continue to pave the way for innovation in the ever-evolving creative industry. 

Your responsibilities as a Marketing Manager will primarily be focused on driving strategy, planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different creators for their short-form products on their video platform. Your work will include tracking the performance of our marketing campaigns to understand what is working and how we can constantly improve our marketing execution and build our community over time. 

Role

  • Collaborate on the strategy, planning and execution of  marketing campaigns and run point when needed on campaign management and execution
  • Partake in creative discussions and briefings with partner creative agencies for all marketing assets (owned, digital ads, OOH, social), as well as lead the adaptation & localisation of these assets across markets 
  • Effectively collaborates with creative agencies to support marketing initiatives, leveraging strong analytical skills to provide data-driven insights throughout the entire creative development lifecycle.
  • Work with cross-functional teams & agencies management 
  • Collaborate and driven when needed on analytical reviews, including regular analytics & performance reporting & updates to in-country teams, internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders across internal and external teams 

You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, strategy, marketing communications or in the creative industry 
  • Broad passion for creators and creator marketing 
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, independent thinker and a good communicator
  • Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and being adept at influencing strategy with insights and data 
  • Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and someone with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills.
