Owns and optimizes the marketing technology stack, especially HubSpot, while improving processes, automation, data quality, analytics, and reporting. Leads cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, implements AI-powered workflows, manages lead scoring and lifecycle automation, and trains teams on marketing technology best practices.
The Marketing Operations Lead owns the engine behind our marketing team the tech stack, the processes, the data, and the systems that let every campaign run smoothly and every result get measured. This person keeps HubSpot humming, brings AI tools into everyday workflows, and partners across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to keep projects moving and reporting sharp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, with HubSpot as the core platform — administration, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene
- Design and continuously improve marketing processes to increase team efficiency and campaign velocity
- Build and maintain analytics and reporting frameworks that give leadership a clear, accurate view of marketing performance and ROI
- Lead cross-functional projects that span Marketing, Sales, and other departments, keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables aligned
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve marketing productivity, personalization, and speed to execution
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation within HubSpot
- Serve as the internal expert and go-to resource for MarTech questions, training, and best practices
- Monitor data quality across marketing systems and ensure clean handoffs with sales and CRM data
Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing operations, demonstrated HubSpot administration/expertise (certifications a plus)
- Proven experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and dashboarding
- Track record leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows (content, personalization, automation, or analysis)
- Strong process-design and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate data and systems into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- B2B SaaS or real estate industry experience a plusequirem
