The Marketing Operations Manager will manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, focusing on HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring seamless lead generation, data accuracy, and campaign performance.

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically savvy Marketing Operations Lead to own and optimize our marketing automation ecosystem. This role is critical to scaling demand generation, improving campaign performance, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales through data, processes, and technology. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for using data to drive measurable business impact.
This role will be based in our Pune office.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation & Technology
- Own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo).
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation workflows, lead nurturing programs, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Manage integrations between marketing automation, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), analytics, and other marketing tools.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Lead Management & Lifecycle Operations
- Define and manage lead scoring, routing, and qualification frameworks in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across marketing and sales systems.
- Optimize lead lifecycle stages to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
- Campaign Operations & Execution:
- Support campaign planning and execution by building automation assets, email programs, landing pages, and forms.
- Establish operational best practices for campaign setup, QA, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
- Partner with demand generation and content teams to ensure campaigns are operationally sound and measurable.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, funnel metrics, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign and lifecycle data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Establish standardized metrics, attribution models, and reporting frameworks.
- Process Improvement & Enablement:
- Document and continuously improve marketing operations processes, governance, and SLAs.
- Train and enable marketing team members on automation tools, processes, and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on marketing systems and operational strategy.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or revenue operations.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and system integrations.
- Experience managing lead lifecycle, scoring, and routing in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Marketing automation or CRM certifications (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert, HubSpot Certification).
- Experience with data enrichment, CDPs, or attribution tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or advanced reporting platforms.
- Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and IT teams.
