Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing Operations team. This role plays a critical part in driving strategic marketing projects and supporting the execution of global initiatives, including event coordination, campaign tracking, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate brings a process-driven approach to marketing execution, has strong project management capabilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the planning and execution of marketing operations and global event initiatives.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflows and team collaboration.
- Maintain and organize knowledge resources to enable sales and marketing teams with readily accessible content and tools.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Optimize marketing workflows using CRM, CMS, and other martech platforms to drive operational efficiency.
- Track performance and support the optimization of paid media campaigns and other digital initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategies.
- Manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in project management or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Agile mindset and ability to drive execution within tight deadlines.
