As a Marketing Strategy Lead -Vice President on the Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in managing acquisition marketing programs. You will have a highly cross-functional approach, requiring exceptional collaboration and communication skills. You will spearhead an acquisition program, crafting strategic campaigns, forecasting returns, analyzing performance, and identifying optimization opportunities to achieve effective results aligned with our business targets.

Job responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing plans that leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to achieve measurable results.
- Navigate a complex organizational structure, influencing partners and building consensus across various functional departments to plan and execute audience targeting, channel strategies, and creative initiatives.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to understand performance metrics, test results, and profitability, using data-driven insights to guide marketing decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with field and sales teams to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
- Identify and implement new capabilities to enhance program performance, support the launch of new initiatives, and proactively assess and address performance issues with recommended improvements.
- Serve as a thought leader, presenting and discussing ideas to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all organizational levels.
- Present strategic and performance updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee reporting processes, including forecasting, performance analysis, and test result evaluations.
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 7+ years of marketing experience.
- Extensive experience in performance marketing across both traditional and digital channels.
- Proven expertise in managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and expected returns.
- Ability to develop a comprehensive program roadmap and test-and-learn agenda through business case creation and project prioritization.
- Strong collaborator and team player, recognized for leading through effective partnership.
- Data-driven and analytical, yet also a creative problem-solver.
- Focused on driving quantifiable business results through marketing efforts.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to take initiative and manage complex tasks.
- Excels at handling multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
