As a Trader Assistant in our Middle Office team, you will spend each day collaborating closely with the Front Office to oversee the complete trade lifecycle for Fixed Income, Money Market, FX, and Interest Rate Swaps. You will deliver essential support to the Desk through trade support, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, settlement, and reference data setup. By engaging extensively with Finance Controls, Product Controls, Market Risk, and Technology teams, you will help ensure seamless operations for the Treasury and CIO desk.

You will deliver essential support to the Desk through trade support, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, settlement, and reference data setup. By engaging extensively with Finance Controls, Product Controls, Market Risk, and Technology teams, you will help ensure seamless operations for the Treasury and CIO desk.
Job responsibilities
- Execute trade support functions, including booking, trade check-out, end-of-day blotter generation, control checks, and trade lifecycle management.
- Establish and maintain reference data for counterparties and books.
- Conduct checks and implement controls for regulatory reporting across supported jurisdictions.
- Monitor exception queues to ensure timely resolution, especially for same-day settlement activities within TCIO.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Portfolio Managers (Front Office), Business Management, Reference Data, Back Office, Technology, and PMO to address BAU and ad-hoc management requests.
- Prepare and deliver Management Information System (MIS) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
- 3 years or above working experience in Middle Office, Market Risk, Finance, Operations or Product Control
- Product knowledge in Fixed Income, Treasury, FX and Interest Derivatives products
