The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on expertise in building cloud-ready, high-performance applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop database schemas and integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and production support.
- Work with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
