We are looking for a smart, highly organized, and academically strong Personal Assistant to provide executive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, coordination, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a strong academic background, excellent presentation skills, and a professional attitude will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for senior executives.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, business documents, and executive summaries.
- Organize domestic and international travel, accommodation, and expense management.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Track priorities, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
- Support executives in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Perform additional assignments as required by management.
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed university (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience preparing presentations, reports, MIS, and business documents.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Strong academic record (preferably First Class or 80%+ throughout academics).
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting CXOs, Founders, Directors, or Senior Leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Excellent executive presence and professional etiquette.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
