About this opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced candidate to join the Ericsson team in the pivotal role of MS Delivery Manager. This role is centered around ensuring the delivery performance aligns with the expectations outlined in our Business Case and BA MS Targets. As part of this role, you'll oversee the quality, cost, safety, and environmental impact of the services we deliver, ensuring these match the level agreed upon in the WLA and MS Delivery performance requirements.
What you will do:- Focus on operational and financial performance in accordance with the WLA, considering both service delivery performance and customer's infrastructure performance.- Oversee the productivity and efficiency of the delivery center and manage specific contract delivery performance.- Monitor and report on the operational and financial performance of the Service Delivery Unit for a specific customer.- Monitor and report on the overall operational and financial performance of the global center or regional MS delivery organization.- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, customer requirements, and Ericsson internal procedures and standards, especially in the areas of occupational health, safety and environment (EHS).- Work proactively to continually improve the financial and operational performance of the delivery units, as part of our Continual Service Improvement and innovation initiatives.
