PTR Global is seeking an MSP Program Specialist to manage the full life cycle of contingent workforce requests. This role will serve as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless requisition management, compliance, and operational success. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), along with a customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex, high-volume programs.
Responsibilities
- Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client managers and suppliers.
- Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
- Assist hiring managers with program-related inquiries, ensuring adherence to policies and a seamless hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive program success.
- Maintain a service-focused approach, delivering an excellent experience to all stakeholders, including hiring managers and suppliers.
- Utilize and provide training on MSP tools (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass) and applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation by suppliers, working closely with managers to meet SLA/KPI requirements.
- Support client-specific initiatives and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a business-related field.
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (MSP experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Prior client-facing experience in a high-touch, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and deliver effective presentations.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Problem Solver: Solution-driven mindset with strong critical thinking skills.
- Fast Learner: Capable of training suppliers and client managers on hiring processes and program updates.
