The Multi-CMS Solution Architect will design and implement multi-CMS solutions, guiding integrations, ensuring scalability, and optimizing digital experiences.

We are looking for a seasoned Multi-CMS Solution Architect with deep hands-on experience in architecting and implementing solutions across a variety of Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, and others. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of web architecture, composable solutions, and marketing technologies including web analytics, A/B testing, and personalization tools. This role requires the ability to design scalable, performant, and future-ready digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead implementation of multi-CMS solutions across enterprise-scale digital platforms.
- Define integration strategies between CMS platforms and eCommerce, DAM, CRM, and MarTech tools.
- Guide clients through CMS platform evaluations, migrations, and consolidation strategies.
- Design and implement headless and hybrid CMS architectures using REST, GraphQL, or BFF patterns.
- Define and enforce content modeling, taxonomy, localization strategies, and publishing workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, UX teams, and marketing leads to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Provide architectural oversight across personalization, A/B testing, and targeted content delivery platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize).
- Support implementation of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ensure proper tagging and tracking strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend CMS solutions based on business needs, technical constraints, and digital maturity.
- Work closely with DevOps and Security teams to ensure CMS platforms are scalable, secure, and optimized.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in web development and architecture with at least 5+ years in CMS solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AEM (Sites, Assets), Sitecore, WordPress, and optionally others (e.g., Contentful, Drupal).
- Strong understanding of headless CMS, hybrid CMS, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) patterns.
- Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with MarTech tools like Adobe Target, Optimizely, Segment, Tealium, or similar.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify) is a strong plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
