This role is part of our People Services team, based in our Bucharest office. You would be responsible to support the Iberia payroll team in the daily administrative processes related to the monthly payroll administration and related reporting.

In this role, you will work closely with the Manufacturing business, People Lead and the People Experience advisors and the rest of the People Services team. Bachelor in HR management / Business administration / Economics, or a similar education.
Languages:
Spanish and English are required;
Portuguese and/or other European languages are a plus.

What you need to know about this position:
- Take care of personnel administration (Hire to retire, time credits...) in ADP/Payroll system.
- Provide timely and accurate payroll support and related reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for Mondelez' employees and their payroll queries.
- Execute and support region related SOX controls.
- Identify processes subject to Continuous Improvements and implement them.
Education / Certifications:
