The role: Network Architect
- Enterprise networking experience, specifically Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper
- Network architecture experience specifically Datacenter networks / Site to Site VPN / VLAN Administration and Design.
- Cloud Network & Security skills (Preferably AWS or Azure)
- Serve as Tier 3 support resource (IT Escalation). On Call Rotation.
- Security & Compliance skills, Knowledge on Splunk
- Strong ITIL knowledge & experience
- Good customer handling skills
- Configuring & managing Routers, switches, Firewalls, Load balancers, VPN, Cloud Networking
- Architecting, Designing & Deployment of DC network and Cloud network taking into consideration security and compliance requirements
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
- Network administration & troubleshooting Network, Security devices and issues
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
- Must have experience in handling and resolving issues within defined SLA
- Experience in cloud platform (AWS or Azure)
- Proven knowledge of ITIL framework and service management practices\ good understanding of Change process
- High degree of flexibility and willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and on-call.
- Effective communication skills. Should be able to deal with users from across the regions
