Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Network Engineer with expertise in designing and maintaining VoIP and enterprise networks to support communication-intensive systems. You will ensure high call quality, availability, and secure connectivity across SIP and RTP-based networks.
Responsibilities:
- Configure/manage VoIP infrastructure (SIP trunks, RTP flows).
- Optimize QoS for call quality and reliability.
- Implement routing, firewall, and load balancing rules.
- Monitor network latency, jitter, and MOS scores.
- Troubleshoot SIP/RTP signaling issues.
- Collaborate with telephony and DevOps teams for end-to-end reliability.
- Bachelor’s in Networking, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years’ VoIP engineering experience.
- Strong SIP, RTP, and firewall expertise.
- Familiarity with SBCs and QoS optimization.
- CCNA/CCNP Collaboration or equivalent is desirable.
Career Growth:
Opportunity to advance into Senior Network Architect or Unified Communications Specialist roles with ownership of large-scale enterprise communication infrastructure.
