The Network Engineer will deploy hardware network solutions, manage global network platforms, handle security patches, and support internal teams. Responsibilities include working with Cyber Security, troubleshooting network issues, and managing routers and switches in a high-availability infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Hardware network solution deployments spanning geographical separation.
- Handling Network related issues, handling LAN/ WAN, and SD WAN, DNS, Firewall related issues and support to employees and internal team globally.
- Network Security patching.
- Cisco, Secure Web Gateway, WAF, SDWAN experience is mandatory
- Working closely with Cyber Security team to manage Security patches on allocated tasks
- Handling global Network plat form and available to work in Shits, if needed
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities to handle operating systems, networking infrastructure and products & services that BBOX supports.
- Directly managing routers, switches, global and local load balancing, SSL acceleration, HTTP compression/ caching, and DNS in a high-availability infrastructure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint
