About this opportunity:
At Ericsson, we are currently seeking a qualified Network Engineer to join our team. This dynamic role requires using advanced technical analysis, design, and optimization of complex telecom networks. The Network Engineer role often crosses over into various areas such as RAN, Transport, Core, OM and Services Networks. Your involvement will be embedded throughout the entire process, from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance. Key job expectations include delivering high-quality network design based on deep technical understanding, and providing advanced technical network analysis to support our pre-sales team. The successful candidate will be expected to independently produce quality deliverables on a project basis, drive technology innovation, and take responsibility for EHS and financial aspects of delivered services.
What you will do:- Analyze, suggest and resolve complex technical problems.- Lead technical discussions within pre-sales and customer engagements.- Ensure credible service delivery through specific insight of the network.- Review and ensure accuracy of pre-sales offerings.- Add credibility through detailed scrutiny of customer network.- Contribute innovative ideas and stimulate innovative thinking in the team.- Initiate, guide, and manage innovation projects targeting new opportunities.
