Provides on-site monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, and network security infrastructure. Administers Check Point firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPNs, access controls, threat prevention, logging, and incident analysis. Supports Zscaler Internet Access and Private Access, cloud firewall policies, authentication, URL filtering, Client Connector, and application connectivity. Handles first- and second-level incidents, documents solutions, and supports customers in an on-site environment.
We are seeking a skilled Facility Management Services (FMS) Engineer to provide on-site support for enterprise network and security infrastructure.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting LAN/WAN networks, network security devices, Check Point firewalls, and Zscaler cloud security solutions.
Administer and monitor Check Point firewalls:
Security policy management, NAT rules, Network objects, VPN connectivity, Access control and threat-prevention policies, Firewall logs and incident analysis
Support Zscaler solutions :
Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), URL filtering and cloud firewall policies, User authentication and access policies, Zscaler Client Connector troubleshooting, Application access and connector-related issues

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of Check Point firewall administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Zscaler ZIA and/or ZPA environments.
- Ability to analyze firewall, proxy, authentication, and network logs.
- Familiarity with ticketing and IT service management processes.
- Good communication, documentation, and customer-support skills.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site customer environment.
Certification Requirements: - CCNA certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Check Point certification, such as CCSA or CCSE, is preferred.
- Zscaler certifications, such as ZIA Administrator or ZPA Administrator, are an advantage.
