PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the integration of operational and qualification efforts between Fabs, BE MFG, GSC, Business Units, and Product Engineering to develop the FE and BE manufacturing network for NPI & PRQ activities.
  • Engage early in the PLM Planning phase to identify value chain and manufacturing gaps
  • Communicate Fab and BE strategy plans to GSC, Manufacturing, Business Units, and Product Engineering
  • Work with Fabs and backend manufacturing teams to ensure that the right product is going to the right location for capabilities, capacities, and strategies
  • Engage with Business Units on any customer specific limitations
  • Strategically plan for new product network and any existing product proliferation requests post SG2 (Stage Gate 2)
  • Manage all Post Ramp Qualification's that are being driven in support of strategic business requirement needs

Create and maintain Micron Facilities (FAC), Factory Networks (FNWs) and Fab/Factory Network Assignments (FA/FNAs) within TeamCenter (TC) environment
  • Facilitate monthly FE/BE strategy and roadmap review policies with cross functional teams in support of identifying and setting qualification strategy
  • Accountable to update BU, GSC, PDE,TSE, Procurement, and ATCP to remain aligned to the strategic qualification requirements
  • Stay current on the life cycle of assigned product portfolio with business units, procurement, and product engineering
  • Collaborate with business partners through the PLM lifecycle of respective product portfolio
  • Investigate, create, and maintain Micron FACs, FNWs and FNAs
  • Perform weekly audit of Dynamic Factory Network (DFN)-
    • Assure that all SOR parts have been assigned to appropriate FNA(s)
    • Validation of FNA accuracy within SOR part detail facilitated by proposed/approved qualification strategy
    • As an SME, report discrepancies in any reporting or errors within Team Center

Communicate and align FNA/NPI/PRQ qualification roadmap with all stakeholders
  • Provide FNAs to product development teams for PLM (Product Life Management) Stage Gate Reviews and through respective PDT's/sPDT's
  • Align sustaining Post-Ramp Qual Plans (PRQ) to enable high-volume manufacturing (HVM) and customer readiness
  • Work with GSC and manufacturing teams to ensure existing site selection is not in conflict with site/loading strategies
  • Enable TeamCenter (TC) through PPC policies to consume preliminary FNAs for use in S&OP signaling and automation requirements
  • Monitor and validate master data completeness and accuracy
  • Hold process stakeholders accountable to required deliverables and milestones.

Facilitate the Business Process Alignment (Tying the Rope)
  • Responsibility to support assigned product portfolio within policy and align network to qualification strategy into TTR
  • Collaborate on predefined inputs and output analysis of business model supporting qualification results
  • Report issues, risks, recommendations, and quality concerns to the NPO management Director
  • Drive documentation and business process improvement.

Qualifications
Skill set
Strong project management and business process management skills;
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence others using various approaches, with or without positional authority, to help team members harness and develop strengths for successful outcomes
  • Experience leading large-scale projects or programs, working with metrics and analytics, and leading process improvements
  • Adept at promoting innovative ideas and accepting risks required to lead change
  • Ability to make independent decision making and assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situations
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups
  • Excellent communication skills with peers and managers
  • Ability to break down large concepts into small deliverable while maintaining sight of the overall strategy.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Semiconductors, or a related field of study applicable to the position
