We are looking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by thoroughly analyzing customer requirements, creating and executing test plans, and identifying issues throughout the development lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and customer representatives, to ensure that quality standards are met at every stage of the project.

Your impact:
- Testing complicated communication and cyber intelligence solutions under load
- Working with different simulators (HW & SW) for traffic generation and multi-user simulation
- Being responsible for comprehensive and multidisciplinary load systems
- Projecting performance testing at customer sites (abroad)
- Benchmarking, stress, and stability testing
- Performing manual & Automatic tests while using test equipment and testing tools
Requirements
For that mission you’ll need:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a software performance team leader – a must
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a software performance engineer with large communications systems – a must
- Experience with multi-disciplinary systems – a must
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment – a must
- Extensive OS knowledge and understanding (Windows, Linux, Unix) – a must
- Good understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V) – a must
- Knowledge in central storage solutions (EMC, NetApp) and technologies (SAN, NAS)
- Experiences with big data technologies and data driven systems – an advantage
- Experience with IP traffic generators such as Breaking point and Spirent – an advantage
- Knowledge in coding – an advantage
- Working with Agile methodology - an advantage
- Academic degree in commuter field – an advantage
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
