- Apply Agile, SAFe, hybrid agile-waterfall methodologies to plan, monitor, and deliver project milestones.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, handle dependencies, and ensure data quality and system stability.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess risks, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in data engineering, SAP integration, and system migration.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractor teams or offshore delivery partners.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and waterfall project management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on accountability and execution.
