Coordinate communication plans, manage training programs, and assist in employee development and talent management processes for HR.

Requirements
- Partner with communication/marketing team to define and deliver a robust communication plan in support of project deliverables.
- Responsible for all aspects of training administration including New Hire Employee Orientation (NEO) program runs successfully.
- Perform analysis of various training programs using feedback
- Preparation and maintenance of HR processes as needed.
- Support the implementation and delivery of employee development programs and talent management processes.
- Content/communication building for HR projects.
Requirements
- Corporate training/facilitation certification - preferred
- Strong PC Skills specifically including email and PowerPoint, moderately complex spreadsheets, graphics applications, and project planning
- Good in Communication
- Good in Presentation Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
- Mass communication & diploma in designing will be added advantage
- 3-5 year of experience
