Lead region-wise and crop-specific demand forecasting initiatives, aligning inventory and business plans with seasonal agricultural demand cycles including Kharif and Rabi.
Drive effective implementation of trade programs, maintain pricing integrity, optimize credit controls, evaluate scheme effectiveness, and improve business visibility through ERP and DMS analytics.
Provide leadership to channel operations, sales coordination, and MIS teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Agri-Inputs, Agrochemicals, FMCG, or Rural Distribution, with a strong background in Sales Operations, Demand Planning, and Channel Management.
Business Expertise: Proven track record in forecasting, inventory planning, distributor network management, and driving business growth in seasonal markets.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian agri-distribution ecosystem, crop cycles, and farmer-centric sales models. Experience in Bio-Fertilizers, Bio-Stimulants, or Specialty Agri-Inputs preferred.
Technology & Analytics: Data-driven professional with hands-on experience in ERP, DMS, CRM, and sales analytics.
Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and team leadership capabilities.
