What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for a hungry, humble, and smart Operations Analyst to join our Operations Team!
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting business needs, goals, and objectives and driving the development and improvement of new and existing operational tools and reports.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Understand SOWs and Change Orders and appropriately create projects in the systems
- Validating opportunity details in Salesforce against executed contracts and ensuring appropriate project setup in the CRM (SF) and Accounting systems (NetSuite) will be a large portion of this role. Therefore experience is needed in this realm
- Ability to identify issues and solve problems
- Analytical ability, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage time and priorities to meet deadlines
- Keen attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and working independently
- Relentlessly progressive mindset to continuously improve internal and client experience
- Takes ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals
- Support project close-out tasks
- Learn Salesforce and Certinia and support any timecard, expense, project, and permission tasks that arise
- Drive process improvements
- Support and eventually own the testing and rollout of many enhancement requests and bugs within our Salesforce platform
- Perform data analysis to identify trends
- Perform data hygiene tasks
- Respond to Operations emails and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, and/or Information Systems
- 1-3 years related experience in Management Consulting, or Operations roles
- Strong technical skillset including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce, Certinia, Anaplan, Lucid Chart, Jira, Tableau strongly preferred
